Hanneke Pot

Hanneke Pot is Toegepast Psycholoog en werkzaam als junior onderzoeker aan het Instituut voor Integratie en Sociale Weerbaarheid. Haar expertise ligt op het gebied van culturele diversiteit, jeugdpsychologie en kwalitatief, toegepast onderzoek. Hanneke werkt bij het ISW aan een onderzoek naar de effectiviteit van mentorprojecten gericht op jongeren in Nederland. Hiertoe wordt een grootschalig project ‘Stimuleringsprogramma Mentorprojecten’ van het Oranje Fonds geëvalueerd. In het kader van dit onderzoek schreef zij in 2010 een scriptie over mentorstijlen.
Hanneke Pot Applied Psychologist and working as a junior researcher at the Institute for Integration and Social Efficacy. Her expertise lies in cultural diversity, youth psychology and qualitative research. Currently Hanneke is doing research into the effectiveness of mentoring projects for youth in the Netherlands. To this end, a large-scale “Stimulation Programme Mentor Projects” of the Oranje Fonds will be evaluated. As part of this research in 2010, she wrote a thesis on mentoring styles.
